For that you would like to slip out from under the warm blanket, right?? | 150 ml coconut milk | 150 ml almond milk | 3 tablespoons crushed flaxseed | 3 tablespoons ground almonds | 2 tablespoons Forever Ultra Vanilla | 2 tablespoons chia seeds | 2 tablespoons coconut flakes | 1 tsp oatmeal spice @ justspices | 1 vanilla bean |
For the topping
| 1 small pear | 1 teaspoon coconut oil | 1 hops of cinnamon | 1 tbsp grated coconut | 1 tbsp whole almonds |

For the porridge, grind the flaxseed, ground almonds, chia seeds, coconut flakes and cinnamon in a pan for 3-4 minutes.

Cut open the vanilla pod and scrape out the pulp. Boil coconut and almond milk in a pan with vanilla pulp. Stir in the toasted seed-coconut mix. Simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, adding forver powder and oatmeal spice. Dilute with a dash of almond or coconut milk to taste.
For the topping: Roast coconut flakes for 2 minutes and pour into a bowl. Roughly chop the almonds.
Cut the pear into thin slices and fry in it over medium heat.
