GARLIC MISO SNAP PEAS over RICE!

RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 lb sugar snap peas
1 tbsp avocado oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp spicy chili crisp (or you can use 1/2 tsp chili flakes)
1 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
1.Steam sugar snap peas for 5 minutes.
2.In a small fry pan on medium low heat add the sesame oil and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, do not burn. Remove pan from heat and cool.
3.In a bowl combine the cooked garlic, miso paste, chili crisp, water & avocado oil.
4.In a skillet over low heat add sauce then add steamed sugar snap peas, toss to coat. Then add sesame seeds. Cook for 3 minutes then serve warm over rice!
