For the ground knead flour, baking powder, half of the margarine, 80 g of sugar, salt and 3 tablespoons of cold water to a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and cool for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix soy yoghurt with remaining sugar, grated lemon peel and custard powder. Melt remaining margarine and stir.
Grease a springform pan (26 cm) and evenly distribute the dough in it and form a margin.

Fill the yoghurt mixture in the mold and bake the cake golden yellow for approx. 60 minutes. If the cake is too dark, cover with aluminum foil.
