RED WINE CAKE

BrauchtYou need:
• 200g soft butter • 150g xucker • 4 eggs • vanilla pod •
250g almond flour •
2 tsp soda • 1 tbsp cinnamon • 1 tbsp cocoa powder • 100 g low carb dark chocolate (or over 85%) • 100 g chocolate drops • 100 g ground almonds •
250 ml dry red wine •
100 ml milk •
? Preparation:
Chop the chocolate bar into small rasps with a knife.
Preheat the oven to approx. 180 °. And grease a mold with butter.
Beat the eggs with the Xucker until frothy. Add the butter and continue stirring. Add the pulp of the vanilla pod.
Mix the almond flour with cinnamon, cocoa, ground almonds, chocolate drops and rasps and the baking soda. Then slowly fold the flour and chocolate mixture into the butter and egg mixture. Mix everything well. Then add the wine and milk.
(If you really like the taste of red wine, you can only add wine to the cake. Or, on the contrary, if you prefer a milder taste, you can add a little less wine and instead more milk to the red wine cake
Now bake on the middle shelf for about 1 hour.
