EASY VEGGIE SANDWICH ✨ Is there anything better than a classic veggie sandwich for lunch? (Maybe, but not today ??). If you know me, you know I’m definitely not scared of bread. In fact, good quality bread is probably one of my favourite foods ever ✨.

On a day-to-day basis I like to choose a whole grain bread with as much fiber (over 5g per slice) and protein as possible. This usually ends up being sprouted bread, which just means the grains have been soaked beforehand, allowing our bodies to absorb even more nutrients ✨ I also love to pick up a good classic sourdough or olive loaf from my local bakery on the weekend and enjoy it allll week long (or until it’s gone… ?).
