CREAMY TRUFFLE MUSHROOM PASTA, ANYONE? ? Recipe below! I’ve been raving about these sauces from @simpl_sauces because it’s been a while since I’ve had really good creamy sauces that can also be a dip and sandwich spread that’s easily available because let’s face it, the Philippines isn’t the easiest place to be vegan in especially when looking for ready-to-eat vegan goods.?

So I had their truffle rosemary sauce in some pasta and all I can say is: IT WAS SO GOOD! I’ll share the recipe below! —

If you don’t have access to their sauces, you can opt to use any other creamy sauce of your choice or even make your own! I’ve got a creamy Mac no cheese recipe on my blog 🙂 __
Creamy truffle mushroom pasta
1 cup dry pasta of choice
1/4 cup @simpl_sauces truffle rosemary sauce (sub for cauliflower cream—recipe below)
1/2 cup cooked button mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, diced
Fresh basil, chopped
Salt, to taste

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Heat a pan with a little oil. Sauté the garlic.
3. Add in the pasta, truffle rosemary sauce, and sun dried tomatoes.
4. Mix well then season to taste. I added some fresh basil and pesto at the end for extra flavor!
