Chocolate Truffle Tart remnants—and wishing everyone a peaceful week.
Chocolate truffle: place finely chopped 72% dark chocolate in a heat-proof bowl, add in scalded cream, gently stir and fold. Add in butter and egg yolk.
Pour into parbaked pâte sucrée tart shell. Bake, let cool, and enjoy.
