Chocolate Oat Muffins! ✨ When I see y’all say that Sundays are for baking, that means to me that I’m coming over your house ??

I’m not usually a baker, so my forays into baking take much longer than your average joe ?BUT yesterday, we had some extra time and did some experimentation, and were so happy with the result! As in, my family said they were sooooo good and couldn’t keep their paws away! ✨?

Sharing the recipe for these Chocolate Oat Muffins below ??✨

DRY INGREDIENTS: 1 cup @bobsredmill gluten free oats + 1/3 cup cocoa powder + 1 T baking powder + 1/2 cup spelt flour + 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ??
.
WET INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup plus 4 T unsweetened almond milk + 1/3 cup melted coconut oil + 3.5 T maple syrup ??
.
Combine dry ingredients with other and combine wet ingredients with other. Combine dry with wet, and stir until just combined. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 21 to 23 minutes (mine took 22). This small recipe made 8 muffins. Topped with some @lilys_sweets_chocolate dark chocolate mini chips ??
