Does anyone else feel a bit fancy when their toast looks fancy? I sure do ?. This toast was super quick to prepare and has you feeling nice and satiated from the hummus. The toasted pine nuts added some delicious flavor and crunch!???

My super fast shortcut hummus recipe is below! For the tomatoes, all you need to do is slice them in half and put them on a baking sheet, sliced side up with some oil, sprinkle of salt and pepper, and dried basil under the broiler for about 1 minute to 2 minutes, keeping close eye on them. ??

Speedy Hummus:
Blend the following
1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp black pepper
Juice of 3/4 to 1 lemon depending on your taste
Drizzle in more oil or water after blending to reach desired consistency
