::: FAKE SCONE ::: Are you missing bread in your tea time or breakfast? Here you go a very easy sugar free / low carb and very easy scone recipe.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
6 tbs powder skimmed milk
2tbs oat bran
1 ts baking powder
1 pinch of salt

Directions
Mix the egg with powder milk very well till it is all mixed. (Don’t worry it will be a very heavy and gooey dough)
When all is mixed put the salt and mix it together. Add oat bran mix.
Then add the baking powder and mix again.
With a spoon divide it into two scoops and place it into a silicon tray.
Bake at 300° for 15-16 minutes or until golden brown.

Next time i think I will add a little stevia
