How about delicious crepes filled with blueberry crumb cream and warm wild blueberry sauce? This combo just tastes so incredibly good
Do you know the feeling when you are already full, but the head says “come on one is still going”? 😂 This is how I felt about these crêpes 🙈
My husband always turns his eyes when I tell him that there have been crepes 😂🙊.
It's not that there is always the same 🤷🏼♀️. I always try to be creative!

70 g of flour or spelled flour
80 ml oat milk
70 ml of mineral water
Vanilla Flavordrops @ got7nutrition
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Abrasion of a tonka bean @spice_bar

For the filling:
150g Alpro soy go on (quark alternative)
1 glass of wild blueberries
– Take 5 tablespoons for the quark and stir it.
Put the rest of the blueberries in a saucepan, warm and stir in the potato starch until a firm consistency is achieved.
If something is left over, you can take it the next day as topping for porridge, yogurt etc. Lasts a few days in the fridge.
