200 g of coconut yoghurt
1 peach
Abrasion of a tonka bean @spice_bar
1 pinch of agar agar

Cut peach in half and blanch briefly in hot water. Cut the peach into small pieces and warm in a saucepan with the pith of the vanilla pod (do not cook) and stir in the agar agar. Then puree with the hand blender.
Put the yoghurt in a bowl, add the coconut cream and the peach puree.

For the coconut cream:
1 coconut of coconut milk (it should at least for 24h in the refrigerator), and only the solid coconut oil to clear liquid in a mixing bowl skim. Do not throw away the clear coconut milk! can eg use for a smoothie. Stir the coconut oil with the hand mixer for about 1 min until creamy. Add rice syrup and stir again for a minute.
