A no-cook summer-y dish (because it’s still technically summer 😅) of prosciutto wrapped around juicy + sweet mini honeydew melons from @assawagafarm. The skin is so thin you can actually eat it! Douse everything with your best olive oil, top with a bit of lava sea salt + freshly ground pepper and you’ve got yourself an appetizer, light meal or a fancy snack🍈!
