. RECIPE (4 servings)
– 1 1/2 tbsp garam masala, ground
– 1 tbsp ginger, minced
– 2 cup tomato passata
– 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat)
– 460g chickpeas, drained
Serve with:
– Brown rice
– Red cabbage
– Lime (don’t skip pls)
– Coriander
STEPS:
– Cook your rice
– Cook spices + water until a paste forms
– Add rest of the curry ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes
– Serve with brown rice, lime, cabbage and coriander!
