INGREDIENTS
320 g of flour

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and grease a Gugelhupfform well. I prefer baking spray for it. Put aside.

Marble the dough once with a knife or fork. Then bake the marble cake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes on the bottom rail until no more dough sticks at the stick sample. After about half the baking time you can cover the cake with aluminum foil, so it is not so dark, but is not a must.
After baking, place the cake on a wire rack. After about 1 hour, gently tumble the marble cake out of the mold and allow to cool completely on the wire rack. ,
