Tomorrow evening we are going to the SHG Group of which I told you in one of the last posts … with new recipes .. 😍❣ I am really looking forward to it 🤗 🔸1 cup of almonds🔸1 cup of cashew nuts🔸1 cup of pitted dates🔸1 teaspoon of chia seeds
🔸2-3 tsp coconut oil
Put all the ingredients in a shredder and mix the ingredients until a sticky mass has formed.
Then you form small balls with your hands.
Tip: If no balls can be formed from the mass yet, add a teaspoon of coconut oil and mix the mass again.
Once you have formed all the balls, put them in the fridge for an hour so that they become firm.
In a plastic jar, keep them in the fridge for at least a week.
