500g flour

50 g butter

10 ml milk

Preparation of the yeast bunnies: ▪ Put flour, dry yeast, milk, warm butter, sugar, salt and an egg in a large mixing bowl and knead well. It is best to do this with the kneading hooks of your mixer or knead it traditionally with your hands until a lump-free dough is formed. Cover the dough with a dish towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Important: the dough must not get a pull.
The oven is best suited for this. Set this to 50 ° C at top and bottom heat and let the dough rise covered.
When the dough has doubled, knead briefly and then shape the bunnies. (I’ll upload you later in my story) ▪️Place the shaped bunnies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them go for another 20 minutes in a warm place. Now mix two egg yolks with the milk and brush the bunnies with them. Then bake the bunnies at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
