“WALNUT BALLS”
You need:
240 g almond flour
125 g organic walnuts (roughly chopped) * @suessundclever
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp ground cardamom * @ chok_chai.at
1/4 teaspoon of salt
115 g butter
100 g date sugar * @suessundclever
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
80 g organic erythride powdered sugar * @suessundclever

Mix almond flour, walnuts, coconut flour, cardamom, baking powder and salt.
In a second bowl, whisk butter with date sugar until fluffy, stir in the egg and vanilla extract. Carefully fold in the flour mixture.
Form the dough into balls and bake in a hot oven for approx. 18 minutes at 170 °. Roll in icing sugar and let cool.
