THIS or oats for breakfast? ??
Yesterday I was being a drama queen and expressed that I may be the only vegan that is not a fan of oatmeal and lately it’s impossible for me to finish a bowl…I would much rather have potatoes over oats??♀️

•baked beans are from @traderjoes •bread is from @sadierosebakingco •vegan sausage is the Mexican chipotle sausage from @fieldroast •sautéed portobello mushrooms •organic tomato, sautéed •Yukon potatoes cooked in avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
