Strawberry – Cheesecake in glass ?. This layered dessert is quite quick and really easy to prepare, but you'll need to plan the cooling time until you can actually serve it. But I tell you: it's worth it! ?. I wish you a nice Easter weekend ?. Do you have something nice planned?
Strawberry cheesecake in jar, no baking! ?
Ingredients: ?200 g strawberries ?15 g rose sugar @spice_bar ?100 g biscuits
?400 g soy yoghurt vanilla or ? lemon
?100 ml soy drink ?1 pack of custard powder vanilla ?1 pinch of ground vanilla
?Prise salt
Set some strawberries aside for decoration. Put the remaining strawberries with the sugar in a blender and chop.
Finely grate the biscuits and then distribute them on 4 glasses.
Boil the soy drink with custard powder and stir in the soy yoghurt (pick up a part of it) then stir in the strawberry sauce, salt and vanilla. Fill the filling on the biscuit bottom into the jars and add the rest of the pudding.
Now wait one or two hours, then the cheesecake in the glass is ready.
