I love yeast pastries !! No matter in what form, whether as Buchteln, Berliner, as a cake or as Hefezopf. There are so many great delicious ways to process a yeast dough. And noticed that there are not many recipes here on my page ? I would have to change quickly.

1 cube of yeast
250 ml soy milk
50 g of sugar
60 g of margarine
1 pinch of salt
some soy milk or other vegetable milk for brushing
For the filling:
200 g of poppy seeds ground
100 ml soymilk
100 g of sugar
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Lightly warm the vegetable milk (soymilk) and dissolve the yeast in it with a pinch of sugar. Add the yeast solution to the flour and knead with the salt.
Then first knead the margarine. This is a pretty squishy process, but do not let that irritate you. Cover the dough in a warm place for half an hour.
In the meantime, you can do the stuffing. Grind the poppy and then bring to a boil with a little milk and sugar. ,
Then place the dough on a tray lined with baking paper. In order to let the dough nice and airy, it should not be kneaded. Lubricate a second sheet of baking paper, place over the dough and roll it out. Carefully peel off the paper.
Then put the filling on it and roll it up carefully. Then brush with some vegetable milk. Let it rest for 20 minutes and then bake at 180 ° C, about 35min.
