Oven donut / Berliner ❤️
Advertising | Good morning dear ones. Yesterday we had donuts out of the oven. The dough is made for a jiffy and they taste so delicious with the custard filling ? I'm a total pudding fan, but with rosehip jam I love them too ❤️ with which filling do you like to eat your donuts?
because I did not feel like a deep-fried calorie bomb. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients for 6 donuts:
250g of flour 550
150 ml of vegetable milk (we used oat milk)
1 packet of dry yeast
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 tbsp oil
1 packet of custard powder
Vanilla Flavordrops @ got7nutrition
400 ml of vegetable milk
Mix the flour with the yeast
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer.
Leave the dough with a damp cloth in the bowl for half an hour
Form small balls from the dough and place on a baking sheet
Cover and let go for another half hour.
Now bake the Berliner for 15-18 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.
Brush with a little butter, then the powder jerky is great!
Sprinkle the Berliner with some water before you bake them, then they will be nice and brown.
Filling: Boil 1 packet of custard powder with 400ml of plant milk and sweeten with Vanilla Flavordrops @ got7nutrition.
Allow the pudding to cool slightly and fill with a spout (with a long attachment). ,
