Hew Cashew Coconut Energy Bites Rolls 《
A delicious, healthy snack !! is done in 5 minutes. If I feel like something sweet, I like to eat it, because I know exactly what I have in it. Healthy carbohydrates, fats and protein and no refined sugar and so sweet that the lips stick together! They are also gluten-free and vegan veg. But what is even more important to me, I know what's in it and don't take any unnecessary preservatives.
You need: | 200g pitted dates |
| 40g cashew butter (alternatively almond butter) | 30g coconut oil
| Pinch of salt | 60g cashew nuts | 50g grated coconut

Form all the ingredients in the MIXER and small rolls.
