75 g white couverture
300 g yoghurt (0.3% fat)
3 egg whites
50 g of Xucker
Soak the gelatine in cold water. Chop the cough and melt over a hot water bath or in the microwave.
Slowly mix the yoghurt with the liquid couverture with a whisk.
Separate the eggs, place the egg whites in a high bowl and whip with the Xucker (use the egg yolks otherwise).
Melt gelatine in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in 3 tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture, then stir the mixture under the yoghurt mixture in the bowl.
Carefully lift the egg whites under the yoghurt mixture.
Rinse the glasses cold and fill in the yoghurt mixture. Keep cold for 2-3 hours.
