Quinoa is a true superfood☝ It is rich in high-quality proteins, important amino acids and a high content of iron and magnesium. Very high in fiber and keeps you full for a long time. Just the thing for a healthy breakfast.

You need:

75g quinoa
,
100ml milk
,
50g blueberries.
1 tbsp chia seeds
,
2 tbsp Xucker @ xucker.de
,
½ tsp cinnamon
,
1 tablespoon of Forever Ultra Vanilla

Chocolate crispy snack from @heldensnacks

Wash quinoa in a fine colander under running hot water. Then bring to the boil with 210 ml of water, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Drain off excess water.
Mix milk with cinnamon and xucker and heat slightly in a saucepan or in the microwave.
