Good morning sweeties!
In my last survey, almost 70% was for chocolate! That's why there are delicious chocolate muffins for you .. I prefer vanilla 🙈 But like to eat both! I always say the main thing it tastes good! Wish you a nice sunny weekend 🌞

You need:
T4 tsp ground flax seeds alternatively chia seeds
🌸40 ml water🌸
200 g dark chocolate🌸
200 g margarine🌸 240 g flour🌸2 tsp baking powder🌸
150 g coconut blossom sugar🌸
2 tbsp cocoa🌸
160 ml oat milk or other vegetable milk🌸

Soak the flaxseed meal in water. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Chop the chocolate and melt it together with the fat in a hot water bath.
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa. With the soaked linseed and alternating with the vegetable. Stir the milk into the chocolate mixture. Stir vigorously, but not too long.
Fill the dough in (silicone) muffin cases. Bake muffins for approx. 22-24 minutes. No longer, even if the dough still looks a bit soft! The muffins become firmer as they cool.
