Overnight oats with my strawberry-rhubarb compote!
You need:

150 g granular oatmeal
300 ml almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1/2 tsp cinnamon stick @ call.me.the.pauli

150 g plain yogurt.
Mix oatmeal with almond milk and chia seeds. Then add cinnamon balls and pistachios and let them swell in the fridge overnight.
After the oatmeal mixture has swollen, mix in the plain yogurt.
Then put a little rhubarb and strawberry compote and oatmeal mixture in a glass.
