Good morning lovelys!
Today there is a protein !! With soy yogurt and poppy seeds. Fast, easy and delicious! As it should be! Especially in the morning it has to be quick for me.

I mixed 200 g Alpro soy with 1 tablespoon of vanilla whey and 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds. You can also eat fresh fruit. But I didn't feel like it today ? wanted something chocolate for the soul ♥
