Overnight Oats are available once a week to start the day. Although porridge is my favorite for breakfast, oatmeal soaked overnight will often make it on my menu. They not only taste delicious and deliver sustainable energy, they are also very practical. The Overnight Oats I prepare the night before and the next morning I just have to take them out of the fridge. Done is a healthy breakfast without stress. ??♀️☺️.

90 g of oatmeal
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon of flaxseed
180 ml of coconut milk
4 teaspoons of agave syrup (as needed)
100 g raspberries
50 g yoghurt

In a bowl, mix oatmeal, coconut milk and chia seeds and flaxseed. Sweeten with agave syrup as desired and let it soak in the fridge for about 2 hours or overnight.
Purify the yogurt with raspberries.
After the oatmeal mixture has swollen, stack it in a glass with yoghurt and oats alternately.
