Mix 200 g Greek yogurt (50 g of it in ne) with xucker, poppy seeds, chia.
150 g blueberries with the 50g yoghurt mixes a little bit of Berry Yoghurt Spices @justspices, 1 tablespoon of Xucker @ xucker.de. Put puffed quinoa in the glass and yogurt on top, then the mixed blueberries and topping with crispy and blueberries !!!
