Good Morning! I hope you had a nice weekend! Vorgenommen I decided to go to bed from today! 5 hours of sleep is simply not enough! I have no problems getting up in the morning, I fight with fatigue in the afternoon! ? how is it with you? When do you go to sleep in the evening and how many hours of sleep do you need? It should be 7-8 hours on average! I'm excited ☺

Recipe quark cake:
Mix 150 g curd cheese, 65 g spelled melt flakes, 1 egg and 20 g coconut flour. Add a little milk (really just a little sip) and the dough has a nice but “firm consistency” (like soft modeling clay).
