Good morning dear ones 🙋 True to style for pancake Sunday there are these delicious pancakes today 🤗. Unfortunately, this breakfast is all too fast 🙈 Who is it still available from today? ,
150g spelled flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon,
1 pinch of salt,
160g apple pulp, 100ml milk and 1 egg.
Separate the egg and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the spelled flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, yoghurt, milk and the apple pulp to the egg yolk and stir in with the mixer. Carefully fold in the egg whites.
Heat the coconut oil in the pan and gradually fry the pancakes in it. I always took 2 tablespoons of dough and baked the pancakes from one side until bubbles appeared. Then turn over and bake for another 1.5 minutes. 👉 Everything at an intermediate level.
