Recipe:

200 g rhubarb
250 g strawberries
4 tablespoons of water
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon stick @ call.me.the.pauli

1 tablespoon of honey

For the rhubarb compote: peel the rhubarb and cut it into pieces. Halve the strawberries. Bring both to a boil in a saucepan with water, honey and cinnamon until the rhubarb disintegrates and the strawberries soften. Then set aside.

30 g Xucker @ xucker.de
100 g cream
200 g curd
,
For the curd mousse, whip the cream until stiff and stir in the curd with 30 g of Xucker until the Xucker has dissolved. Fold the cream under the curd. Divide the mousse into small glasses and chill for 1 hour. Top with rhubarb compote.
