Anyone else who needs a small dessert?
Today I have a recipe for peanut chocolate cups with rosehip jam @maintalkonfitueren that you can easily prepare and then store for months in the freezer. If necessary, just bring out a cup and enjoy it. The chocolate is really crisp and the filling creamy soft, almost liquid – a dream!

250 g dark chocolate
150 g of peanut butter
3 teaspoons of coconut oil
1 glass Maint Rosehips Hiffenmark @maintalkonfitueren
5 silicone muffin cases
First melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and pour out the muffin cups with the chocolate. Put the molds in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Heat the coconut oil in the microwave and stir together with the peanut butter.
Add 2 teaspoons to each mold and place in the freezer for approx. 10 minutes. The peanut butter should then be firm.
Then add 2-3 teaspoons of the rosehip Hiffenmark to the peanut butter layer and place again in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Finally, pour the rest of the chocolate over it and freeze it (then everything will be faster). ,
Before the cups are served, please leave the freezer 20 minutes before, the rosehips Hiffenmark and the peanut butter will be creamy again.
