Chilaquiles. Remind me of my childhood✨ My favorite way to make them is from scratch. I love the smell of tomatillos roasting and the taste of fresh salsa is so special. (Can you tell I appreciate food so much?) haha. So if you watch my stories you know that I have been struggling with an allergic reaction outbreak. It hasn’t been fun. But anyways it didn’t stop me from being in the kitchen…decided to make a VERY easy version of chilaquiles with some store bought tomatillo salsa. It hit the spot.
