What's missing with this recipe are the chocolate drops for which I've made a cinnamon and sugar crust on it and rolled out the dough a bit and cut it into small pieces. Ideal for brunching.

100 ml of water
20 g of fresh yeast
80 g brown sugar
600 g flour type 550
200 g of yogurt
60 g butter
10 g salt
(100 g Chocolate Drops) for the chocolate version
1 egg yolk
Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and yoghurt and let them steep for 3 min. In a bowl knead flour, salt and yeast water to a dough. Add one egg and butter and knead for another 5 minutes to a smooth dough. Covered in a warm place for 1 hour. Then work the chocolate pieces into the dough.
Make 9 – 10 rolls from the dough (depending on how big or small you want them to be). Then place in a casserole dish and cover covered with a cloth again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lay out the shape with baking paper. Mix milk and egg yolks with each other and brush the rolls with them. Bake the rolls for about 30 minutes.
