Today in the apple version! A great simple recipe that tastes great for the whole family! I don't know anyone who doesn't like them.
You can also replace the sweetness with brown sugar or maple syrup (also very tasty). The apple pieces do not make them dry and also keep them in the fridge for a few days.

100 g quark
50 ml rapeseed oil
Marrow of a vanilla bean or vanilla paste
70 g Erythrid @ got7nutrition
150 g flour
4 g baking powder
1 apple peeled and cut into small pieces.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, stir the moist ingredients with erythride (or other sweetness) and the pulp of the vanilla bean. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and knead it by hand under the quark oil mass.
