Advertising | Yeast bread with cinnamon
Good morning lovelys! I have to tell you unfortunately that with the cinnamon rolls cake has become nothing with photographing 🙈 we have eaten it .. no one could see again 😅 for a happy message … the dough of this bread is the same as from the cinnamon rolls.
I made the dough with the Thermomix (borrowed from my mom) but you can also make it with a standard food processor.

250 g of milk
1 cube of yeast
80 g of sugar

1 tsp salt
500 g of flour or spelled flour
1 egg / egg substitute
80 g soft butter
50 g of liquid butter

Put the milk, yeast Xucker and Flavordrops in the mixing pot for 3 min./37°/St.1, then add the flour and leave to rest for about 10-15 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients of the yeast dough to the mixing pot and knead for 2 minutes / dough mixer. Put the dough in a larger bowl and let it rest in a warm place for at least 40 minutes.
On a floured work surface, roll out the dough thinly to a rectangle. Brush with butter. Mix the Xucker and Cinnamon * and sprinkle evenly on a tablespoon. Cut the dough parallel to the narrow side into 6 evenly spaced strips. Carefully stack each other. Cut this long pile into 6 equal piles. These parallel upright in the box form layers. Brush butter over the surface and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until the dough fills the shape well.
Bake at 175 ° for 30-35 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if necessary so that the surface does not become too dark. Let rest for 10 minutes in the mold and then rush out. ,
