1 packet custard powder pudding flavor no matter
400 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
Dough: 250 g of milk
1/2 cube of yeast
6 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of baking soda
1 egg yolk
100 g of oil
First you have to cook the pudding so that it can cool down to be further processed.
1 pck. Boil vanilla pudding powder with 400 ml of milk. Then the pudding is a little firmer. After cooking, place a cling film directly on the pudding so that it does not draw any skin. Then just put away and let cool.
Put the milk in the pot and let it warm for 2 min, 37 C, level 1. Then add the yeast with the sugar and stir for another 2 min, 37 C, level 1. Now the flour, salt, baking powder, egg yolk and the oil Add and mix for 3 minutes. Then remove the dough from the pot and form into a roll on a floured surface. From this then 10-12 parts cut. These are then individually elongated flat rolled out to a “tongue”.
Cut in half the individual “tongues”. Then put the already cooled pudding on the uncut side and roll it upwards in the direction of the incisions. The cuts should be at the top after rolling up. Then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with the milk / egg mixture. at 200 C about 15 min. Baking. After baking, remove from the oven, allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. ,
