Recipe for the ground Stir 1 egg with a tablespoon of Xucker until frothy and add approx. 30 ml milk. Mix 50 g spelled flour with 1/2 tsp baking powder and 2 tbsp cocoa in another bowl. Bake at 175 ° for 25 minutes.
For the cream: Mix 300 g curd with 250 yoghurt (remove part of the pink layer ? I sweetened it with Raspberry Flavordrops @sportnahrungwehle and lightly colored with food coloring) with vanilla aroma and Xucker sweetness. Soak 5 sheets of gelatin ? heat and stir the yoghurt curd mass into the gelatin (stir some of it into the pink mass) as it felt!
Spread 1 packet of raspberries on the cake base and spread the yoghurt curd cheese masses one after the other! Put in the fridge for a few hours! ,
