350 ml of liquid (half water half almond milk)
1 teaspoon of flaxseed

1 tbsp Oatmeal @hartkorn_gewuerze
Bring the liquid to a boil. Then stir in the oatmeal and melted flakes. Simmer at low speed for a few minutes and stir in the remaining ingredients. Depending on the consistency, add a little more milk.
Then fry the banana halves in the pan with a little coconut oil and top with chocolate, hazelnuts, hazelnut and soy crispies. ,
