Recipe: Stir 1/2 cup rolled oats with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. Add 2 T chia seeds and 2 T de-fatted peanut flour (I used @trimhealthymama brand that’s 100% peanuts). Stir and leave to thicken for about 30 minutes, but give it a stir halfway through. You can put in fridge during this time if desired, but not necessary. When thickened to your liking, add 1/2 kiwi, 1/4 cup fresh bloobs and 1 T shredded coconut. ???
