Salad with all the goods! ??Lunch doesn’t have to be time-consuming or expensive, and can be put together in just a few minutes from goodies already in your fridge or pantry. I lovingly call it the kitchen sink method ? However, I promise it will taste much better than an actual sink ?? Toss in lots of veggies with one or two ingredients that are going to provide you some extra sustinence, because y’all know that you don’t want to be starving again after 2 hours ? So add beans, quinoa, avocado, veggie burger, or any other grain / protein that suits your fancy. Top with a homemade dressing of oil & vinegar or tahini mixed with flavors (quick recipe below!) ?

Dressing: 2 T tahini, juice of 1 lemon, 2-3 T water to thin (this stuff will thicken up after a few minutes), then spice with salt and pepper, and customize: add hot sauce or chili powder, cumin or garlic powder, etc. ??
