Overnight oats! Totally messy and impractical to eat? Yup! ? And sooo good. ????

When using this many toppings, I should probably use a bowl ?. This was the perfect opportunity to use some of the cranberry coconut date balls that I made recently! The chewy texture was so yummy in here with the creamy oats and tangy sweet blueberries. And of course, peanut butter ? ?

Oats: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 T each chia seeds and flax meal. ??

Cranberry coconut date balls: 2 cups soaked pitted dates, 1/2 cup dry rolled oats, 1/3 cup shredded coconut, 1/3 cup dried cranberries. Pulse everything in food processor, and then blend until mixture comes together in a huge ball. Take out and shape them as you like! ?✨?
