Recipe:
250 g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
250 g vegan margarine
150 g of Xucker light
Cheesecake Flavordrops @ got7nutrition
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons water
1 kg of soy yoghurt
1 organic lemon
2 sachets of custard powder

For the ground, knead flour, baking soda, half of margarine, 80 g of Xucker, salt and 3 tablespoons of cold water to a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and cool for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix soy yogurt with remaining Xucker, Flavordrops, grated lemon peel and custard powder. Melt remaining margarine and stir. Then add the peach pieces.
Grease a springform pan (26 cm) and distribute the dough evenly. Make an edge of 2-3 cm in height.
Fill the yoghurt mixture in the mold and bake the cake golden yellow for approx. 60 minutes. If the cake is too dark, cover with aluminum foil.
