For the vegan version of Belgian waffles you do not need anything that you can not find in every usual supermarket. And the best: they taste at least as delicious as the original!

100 g vegetable margarine
200 ml soy milk
21 g of fresh yeast
1 packet of vanilla sugar
240 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
80 g of hail sugar
2 tablespoons Sweet Tonka Kiss @hartkorn_gewuerze.

I have topped the waffles with
150 g of Alpro soy go on with some Sweet Tonka Kiss @ hardcorn_ spices and a splash of lemon and fresh fruit. ,

Margarine melt. Set aside to cool. Warm soy milk slightly. Crumble the yeast into the milk and stir in the vanilla sugar. Let react for 5 minutes.
Mix flour and salt. Add the yeast milk and stir.
Stir margarine under the dough. Cover the dough in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Preheat waffle iron. After the dough has gone, stir in pearl sugar.
Bake dough in portions 2-3 minutes to waffles
