A bowl of porridge in the morning dispels grief and worry ?
Whereby I have neither grief nor worry ?? quite the contrary! ?
And I don't hope you either!

Vanilla Porridge:
50 g of fine oatmeal
,
60 ml almond milk
,
160 ml of boiling water
,
1 tsp honey
,
1 tbsp protein powder
,
1 pinch of cinnamon.
Put the oatmeal together with all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
Let the porridge swell for about 10 minutes.
When the oatmeal has soaked a little, put the saucepan on the stove again and warm for about 3 – 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
