Recipe:
200 g white chocolate coating
50 g cream
150 g spiced speculoos
40 g ground almonds
1 tsp cinnamon

Put the spiced speculum in the blender and chop finely.
Remove 100 g of the shredded spiced speculoos and mix in a bowl with the ground almonds and cinnamon. The remaining 50 g are needed to turn the balls.
Chop the white couverture into small pieces and place in a bowl with the cream and melt over a water bath. Stir in the almond-speculoos-cinnamon mixture until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Close the bowl with a lid or cling film and chill for 2-3 hours until it solidifies. Use a teaspoon to cut the mixture and shape it into balls with your hands. Roll the balls around in the rest of the speculum. The speculum balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
