Buffalo Brussel Sprouts- plant based and oh so tasty 😍 Paired with @traderjoes vegan cheese sauce 👌🏻 In honor of earth day I wanted to make a plant based version of my favorite spicy brussels 😎 These are made with only 3 simple ingredients and would be so good with a homemade dipping sauce too 🙌🏻 ⠀

I went the easy way out and paired them instead with my favorite vegan cheese sauce from @traderjoes 👌🏻 Warmed it up- it’s so so so much better 💯 Like don’t even taste it until it’s warmed up haha. Love having easy plant based snacks like this on hand- make a double batch so you have a bunch of leftovers 😌 Because you’ll want to eat the whole batch in one sitting 😉 I’m off to enjoy this beautiful Earth by walking the dogs 🐶☀️ My new favorite way to get outside and just move- I’ll throw on a podcast and it’s slowly become one of my favorite things in my day ❤️ Hope your week got off to a great start!⠀

healthyrecipes 👉🏻 preheat the oven to 400F. You need 1 lb of brussel sprouts, cut them in half, and coat with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1/4 cup of vegan hot sauce (I used @sietefoods), 1/2 tsp paprika. Baked for 40 mins, turning them over halfway through
