WHITE BEAN BASIL DIP ✨ Is there any food that you could eat over and over and never get bored? I think that’s snack plates for me. Now, granted, there’s a lot of variety that can happen with a snack plate… But still ?? Give me some dip, crisp veggies, and delicious crackers (like these Multigrain Crispbreads by @Ryvitacanada) and I’m a happy camper ✨.

To make the dip ??:
Drain and rinse 1 can of white beans (cannelleni beans or chickpeas work well). Add to a blender with 1/2 cup of basil, packed, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 clove if garlic, 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup of water and 2 tbsp tahini. Blend until smooth and enjoy! ✨.
